University of Central Oklahoma Dining UCO Campus Dining Services is dedicated to providing the highest quality dining experience for our guests. Camps hosted on campus have access to Ayers Kitchen, UCO's new dining hall located on the north side of campus. This modern dining experience featured 13 serving stations, including pizza, tex-mex, salad and deli bar, homestyle options, and a fresh smoked area. Gluten-friendly, vegetarian, and vegan options are also available. With seating available for up to 500 campers, Ayers Kitchen delivers a delicious dining experience at every meal.

Box lunches are also available through Campus Dining Services for meals on-the-go.
